We are currently under contract with other local associations. Our management experience will benefit your membership by providing them with an enjoyable living environment while increasing the value of their real estate investment.

Working as a team with your Board we will provide advice and faithfully carry out the requirements of your association's documents and by-laws. Our performance is not dependent upon the size or condition of your property. We will work closely with you to tailor a program specifically for your needs.


Capitol Area Management Service, LLC utilizes a computer software system especially designed for condominium and home owner associations. This includes access to a 24-7 website that will quickly provide your association with accurate financial data, maintenance records, and homeowner accounts. Of course, maintenance requests can also be serviced online.

Your members will be pleased to have on-line access to meeting agendas and minutes, newsletters, notices and association calendars. This will save you a great deal of time and money.
 

Capitol Area Management Service, LLC has a staff of trained professionals committed to enhancing the value of the communities under our management. Our company's founder and President, Bob Earl, has been serving the Lansing area since 1979 as a licensed builder, home inspector and an experienced community association manager.

Working for other management companies, Bob has personally managed as many as eighteen associations offering amenities such as swimming pools, wildlife trails, wetlands, ponds, lakes and golf courses. This prior experience has included supervising other property managers, authoring condominium forms and developing effective association policies and regulations.

Bob is dedicated to continuing education and regularly attends CAI Seminars and classes. Bob has completed the Professional Management and Program Development classes through the Community Association Institute. This extensive training program requires many hours of classes and testing at sites all around the USA.
